IKSU Lecturers received Qualification Improvement Certificates within the framework of the Modernization of Higher Education in Central Asia through New Technologies (HiEdTec) Project of the ERASMUS + Program

On March 2, 2021, certificate presentation ceremony of lecturers who participated in training courses in innovative approaches to teaching (ICT) within the framework of the Modernization of Higher Education in Central Asia through New Technologies (HiEdTec) project of the ERASMUS + program was held at the IKSU.

The courses ran from September 2020 to February 2021. Classes were led by 5 project trainers who trained more than 70 teachers from 6 faculties and the IKSU College. The participants got acquainted with the principles and technologies of working on interactive whiteboards, creating presentations and video lectures, creating electronic and distance courses, working with LMS Moodle elements and resources and posting educational content in the educational portal of IKSU.

For informational and methodological support of teachers, manuals and methodological manuals specially developed within the framework of the HiEdTec project were used, as well as a virtual library of the coordinating university of the University of Ruse, Bulgaria, https://hiedtec.ecs.uni-ruse.bg/index.php?cmd=cmsPage&pid=38 …

Moreover, lecturers developed their skills in working with the educational portal moodle.iksu.kg. As a result, they have completed distance courses in their subjects and posted them on moodle.iksu.kg.
